The Krill Co., Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Project Field Superintendent for hire.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of field-related duties and assist the Field Superintendent in responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Field engineering and layout
- Subcontractor coordination
- Scheduling and procurement of materials.
- Manpower planning
- Field documentation and daily reporting.
- Safety meetings and audits
- Toolbox talks
- Contract management
- RFI submission and logs
- Shop drawing review
- Cost-control management
- Pull-planning skills
Requirements:
- We are seeking a self-starter with a proactive management approach and excellent communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with project management staff, consultants, architects, and clients.
Key qualifications include:
- 1-3 years of field experience.
- Education in construction management (bachelor's degree preferred), related degree, or trade background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, P6, and Plangrid/Autodesk (project management software).
- LEED AP accreditation (Preferred).
- Industry certifications in Safety and Trade skills.
- Proficient in reading, comprehending, and interpreting construction documents (specifications, shop drawings, and project plans).
Background, drug, and alcohol background checks are mandatory requirements for employment.
